Used to remove an entire
line of mullion sub-elements in a curtain wall, based on the one you select.
Applies when selection is to inner mullions.

When executed, removes the mullion panel boundary of the entire
line, thereby merges sets of adjacent panels into single panel.
Note: Restricted to internal mullions. Mullions on the outside edge of
the curtain wall can not be deleted this way.
